James
at Wrights Beach near JennerJames Ladley has lived in West Sonoma County since the 1970's when his family purchased the original "Farmhouse" on Giusti Ranch in Forestville.
Working in sales and marketing most of his life, he left California in 1997 for a sales project in Phoenix. There James helped build Greystone Jewelers from an "idea" into 3 thriving stores. Although professionally on-track, this accomplishment would not fulfill James's more creative nature. So his hobby/avocation became Arizona Wedding Images Photography. And James became a well known wedding photographer and local trade journalist in the Valley of the Sun.
Back home in Forestville family matters were calling. James answered that call and returned to Forestville in 2002 where he became involved in local real estate. James has had a variety of projects since returning. As project manager for Terrace Homes in Half Moon Bay, he ushered building projects from "County to Contract."
Although active locally in commercial & new home sales, what he loves is "country properties". Each property has a story. Each its own unique set of joys and challenges. It's his passion to know these stories. And it's his job know what his clients need to know to buy with confidence.
Today James serves as "The Local Agent" in Occidental's "Store Front" real estate office. He loves where he lives and works where he loves. Call today to discover how his experience locating, investigating and marketing country properties can benefit you.
