Forestville Wellness Center
The integrative health services clinic of West County Health Centers. We offer traditional, one-on-one consultations with our physicians for osteopathy, acupuncture, integrative, holistic health consults, medicinal herbal and ayurvedic consultations.
We also offer 'group visits' that include: a wide variety of nutritional and healthy eating topics, stress management and reduction, chronic pain management, yoga and meditation, mindful balance (gentle strengthening, increasing flexibility, and mindful exercises to improve stable and more confident movement), and more! All groups are overseen by a medical provider who is also available for consultation.
